Privacy policy

The full policy is being prepared with counsel. Until it is published, this page states plainly what the site collects today and who to contact about it. Nothing here is a substitute for the final document.

What this site collects

One form on the site collects information, and only when you choose to submit it: the contact form in the footer, which takes your name, work email, organization, and a short message about what needs to move. Submissions are emailed to hello@carcompany.ai so we can reply.

Everything else reaches us because you emailed hello@carcompany.ai, so what we hold is whatever you chose to put in that message.

The site sets one item in your browser's local storage — the light or dark theme you last chose — so the page opens the way you left it. It is not an identifier and it is not sent anywhere.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to you, and to work out whether we can do what you need. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising.

What this site is not for

Please do not send patient information to the address above. It is a business enquiry address, not a clinical channel. Where we handle protected health information as part of delivering a service, that is governed by the business associate agreement in the relevant contract, not by this page.

Asking us to delete it

Email hello@carcompany.ai and ask. We will confirm when it is done.

Changes

When the full policy is published it will replace this page, and the date below will change.
