01Care logistics

Getting there is care.

CarCompany is a care logistics company. We move what care depends on — patients to appointments, medication to the home, clinicians to the bedside, devices out and back. Every trip is coordinated, credentialed, and verified.

02The gap

Care doesn’t stop at a diagnosis.

Plans stall before they start.

  • A missed home visit.
  • A ride that doesn’t show up.
  • A prescription still sitting at the pharmacy.
  • A test kit that never makes it back to the lab.

Getting there is care. Not a separate step, but part of the plan itself.

03What we move

We move what care depends on.

01/04

Patients

Routine visits, discharge trips, and recurring treatment for urban and rural populations.

Ambulatory transport
For patients who can walk, with a hand in and out of the car as needed.
Wheelchair van
An accessible vehicle, proper securement, and a navigator trained for it.
Stretcher van
For patients who need to stay lying down but need no emergency care.
02/04

Supplies

Equipment and medication out to where the patient actually is.

Equipment and DME
Wheelchairs, home oxygen, hospital beds, delivered and set up where the patient lives.
Prescription delivery
Time-sensitive and specialty medication, on the timeline the treatment needs.
03/04

Clinicians

Providers to patients, not just patients to providers.

Home health visits
Recurring trips for nurses and aides seeing the same patients.
Specialist and one-time visits
A physician or specialist to a patient for a single consult.
04/04

Devices

To the patient and back, so remote monitoring programs work start to finish.

Diagnostic kit logistics
The kit out to the patient, the completed sample back to the lab.
Remote monitoring devices
Delivered, set up, retrieved, and exchanged as the program needs.

An oxygen cylinder and tubing beside a bedside table in a home bedroom, morning light on the wall.

04How it works

Behind every trip.

01/04

The request

A care team tells us what needs to move, for whom, and by when. The specific requirements, whatever they are, get captured up front, before the trip starts.

02/04

The match

The request goes to a carco navigator credentialed to the same standard, regardless of what’s moving or who it’s for.

03/04

The journey

Every move is tracked from pickup to drop-off. Someone is reachable the whole way, and the care team can see where things stand.

04/04

The close

Arrival is confirmed, and what happened goes to the care team as a record.

05Who we serve

Built for the people and systems that deliver care.

Health systems

Coordinate access around the care plan.

Discharges that don’t stall, appointments people actually reach, devices that come back. One partner for the movement around care delivery, with a record the care team can see.

Long-term care plans & agencies

Support the members who depend on care the most.

Dialysis three times a week. Adult day programs. The specialist across town. For members whose lives are built around recurring care, the ride is part of the care plan.

Community health organizations

Extend the reach of care into every community.

Distance, disability, and a bus that runs twice a day are clinical problems. We treat them that way — for health centers, public health programs, and rural networks.

Digital health partners

Help your technology do more for patients.

A tablet nobody set up is a program nobody enrolled in. We deliver the device, retrieve it, and put a credentialed person in the room when one is needed.
